Haldeman Lexus of Princeton – Service & Parts

I had a horrible experience in hitting a huge pothole that actually blew out my run flat tire completely to the point that if I had continued to drive on it, the rim would have been in danger of getting damaged. Once my car was towed to Haldeman of Princeton in the early evening hours that day I had received a phone call from Tim Kobe. He reassured me that my car would be first in line in the morning. Tim called the next morning after the initial assessment of the damage and I wound up getting all four new tires ( front tires needed to be replaced). I could have gone an extra 5000 miles on the rear tires however there was a promotional offer for the entire month to get $150 off on four tires plus an additional $100 rebate from the manufacturer. I needed a front end alignment as well. It was an unexpected expense however I felt better getting all new tires and saving a bit of money in doing so. Tim Kobe kept me informed every step of the way and arranged for a driver to pick me up to retrieve my vehicle upon completion. He was very attentive and concerned about my situation and was just a pleasure to work with as I was frazzled by the whole experience. It took hours to get a tow truck ( it was a bad day for them as well) and my whole afternoon was ruined from the stupid pothole. Tim turned a bad experience into a good experience by just being genuinely caring and understanding. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He should be commended in some way, hopefully.

The customer service here and the service done on Lexuses are good While the service is expensive and it is a little inconvenient to get to, its a dealership that I would return to for service
