I've been living here for a month now and I love my apartment and Jennifer the property manager is on point and even the property owner is very nice he seen me and made it known that he seen and helped me with my rollater (it's a walker with a seat) onto my porch and that's much appreciated so to me overall they're top tier where I use to live can't compare thank y'all I appreciative

Bad apt I never know .no parking
Any residents gonna report residents with multiples cars because most of them are Latinos. And the lady in the office is Latinos too , latinos protect latinos . 1 time my brother in law slept in my house the maintenance man called towing and they took the car, but i saw others latinos car without permit parking stayed for week the man didn't report them.If you want to do something put a number apt for each parking. Send letter to bla bla bla doesn't mean nothing . Residents doesn't need to report you know them.
