ZERO STARS. Do NOT move here if you have kids. They arent kid friendly at all. As long as you are kidless I guess youll be okay, as we didnt have any issues until my son started walking. After that they complained about everything. His toys, walking around, him playing outside etc. It is also roach infested. They claim to treat the issue when you call in but if your neighbors dont keep up with their cleaning (which mine didnt) they will never go away. Sad since my son was born and grew up loving the neighborhood but it is what it is. Also the office manager will ignore ALL your calls if its not about something that brings them money. Contacted the company about that issue and all they said was visit her during office hourswhich is 2 days a week DURING work hours ending during lunch 9am-1pm a complete joke. Good luck if you are moving in though!

I lived there for 4 years, horrible management. Horrible apartments, with alot of mice and roaches infections. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent. The apartment manager will blame you for the horible state of the apartments.

ZERO stars! Stay away from them. The property manager is the face of any company. She was rude, highly unprofessional, and made threats. I would highly implore the owners to this establishment, whom I will be contacting, to immediately resign that woman and her husband from their positions. Heres the back story. My sister who is a traveling nurse, was the applicant. Our mother would be staying with her. The lady in the leasing office, who calls herself a manager , was highly intrusive by asking why is she commuting 1.5 hours. Lady its none of your God damn business! She is a travel nurse. She came off her 15 hour shift and got to the leasing office at 12:50pm on Tuesday. Now I know the office closes at 1pm, but a business in the hospitality and service industry has to always cater to its perspective clients. She said she wasnt going to wait 1 second past 1pm. Threatened us with, quote, there are cameras everywhere, we will watch and know if there is anyone but people listed on lease. Im an affluent businesswoman, never would I allow any of my staff members to treat clients this way, especially on first encounter. Needless to say, will not have them stay here.
