Really got the feeling that what I was experiencing was understood in terms of my pain/limitations and the focus was on what my goals were for my body. The care and instruction was focused on everything from foundational movements to high intensity athletic activities which are so well tailored to fit your personal needs. His knowledge and understanding really shines and I wouldnt go anywhere else for physical therapy.

Dr. Gayed is very knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and friendly. It is obvious that he loves his work and cares about his patients. I have an extremely busy schedule with long hours of commute and travels and needed a relief from my persistent pain of many months. Jon was able to make me feel better from the first session. He takes the time to systematically diagnose the root problem of the pain by ruling out all other issues through several tests and techniques. He also spends time explaining diagnosis and treatment and works one-one with his patients to achieve the best outcomes. I highly recommend him. I have worked with several others. He is the best.

Dr. Jonathan goes above and beyond. He found the root of my tricep pain and found other deficiencies in my upper body. I highly recommend bodybuilders, powerlifters, gym addicts to see him
