Professional Physical Therapy

I personally have no previous experience with physical therapy, but I can say that Tiffany is by far the friendliest person Ive ever worked with. Her knowledge is endless and the exercises that we run through have helped me tremendously. If you were previously unsure about a PT professional to pick, I promise you will regret not picking here.

I have been to other PT places and while they were nice enough, they just didn't rise to the challenge of meeting my physical ability needs or figure out how to alleviate my compensatory pain. Nick, with a docorate in PT as well as an athlete himself, has both the scientific answers and real world application strategies. People who know they need the best for recovery - athletes, professional teams to executives and teachers- are here. The dynamics with your trainer really plays a major part here, as it should. Your aren't on autopilot. They are involved and engaged listening to your feedback for even subtle or nuanced signals from your body to tweak your workout. Nick and the team, which he hand picks, are excellent at what they do and their fun dispositions only helps with compliance and ultimately, your success. It may sound odd but I love coming to PT (and I am finally feeling better!) Wishing you happy healing.
