I highly recommend J&M Elite Contractors! My partner and I bought a geodesic dome knowing from the beginning that it desperately needed a new roof. Fully aware that this type of roof is complex and well-known for leaks (if not done correctly), we wanted to hire someone we fully trusted. After many months of thorough research and conversations, we crossed paths with J&M. Their quote was fair and comprehensive. Joni and Mark patiently answered my very long list of questions, even before we committed to a contract. Additionally, they were very flexible. For example, we hired a third party geodesic dome specialist from the Midwest to oversee the project. While many would be hesitant to this type of collaboration, Joni and Mark were not. They participated in emails, video calls, phone calls, and in person communication with said specialist throughout the project. The dome expert left early due to days-long inclement weather. While I was initially worried about his absence, J&M quickly eased those concerns. The expert also expressed his confidence in J&M to us. J&M had consistent communication with us throughout the entire renovation. They installed a beautiful new roof, skylights, siding, and gutters on our home. They also successfully executed my vision of adding wood accents to all sides of our home. I had minor concerns throughout the renovation, as is expected with a complex project; however, every concern was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. J&M always listened to each concern with care and understanding. Additionally, their crew was always on time, professional, and friendly. Again, I highly recommend J&M Elite Contractors for any roofing and siding needs, especially if you have a geodesic dome or other type of unique home.

Not only has this company provided a positive experience but it was also a pleasure working with and getting to know both Mark and Joni. They were professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and explained everything in layman's terms. Their response time was very quick whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with our HOA, which helped expedite the approval process. Our roof was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up by 5:00pm. They went above and beyond our expectations, and for that reason, we highly recommend them.

What a wonderful company! Honest! Reliable! Reasonable!! They are courteous, punctual and neat! Cleaned up everything better than when they started! It all started because I needed a chimney fixed. Was shown, and advised, as what had to be done. While talking, I had asked Mark if there was anything that could be done to silence the flat metal roof i have when it rains. He knew exactly how to cure most of the noise!! The last rainstorm was almost silent!! Couldn't believe how quiet it was! Thank you J&M Elite Contractors! You are the best!! I highly recommend you to anyone who needs honest, reasonable and professional work done!
