        I took all my CE Credits from the Caplan School. Vivian Ruggeri was the instructor and she was great. Very professional, very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to be able to ask questions on anything that you needed to clarify. I recommend Caplan School for your credits.

        While I did not attend the school they were very understanding of me dropping the class. They normally don't do refunds but were very understanding in helping set up something. I know it couldn't have been easy especially with the virus and business likely suffering. I give them 5 stars for their "customer service" support. Thank you!

        Not reliable. Was signed up to a course for over a month. 2 days before the course was supposed to start they called me to cancel. Further they did not refund the deposit that I paid upon signing up for the course. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Let's see what happens...
