This pharmacy, to order & receive prescriptions is severely understaffed! I called 6 times today and was literally hung up on 6 times after the phone rang awhile! I called my Dr to have them refill one of my prescriptions and checked back with the pharmacy 6 hrs later and used the App to see if my prescription was ready or being worked on. The App had no information! I then went through the phone to contact the pharmacy and again was literally hung up on after waiting on hold for 20 minutes!!!! I cannot get my prescription and I will take my last pill of that prescription in 2 days. I get no response from this pharmacy!!!! I am furious!!! Hire some more employees!!!

Ive always been greeted when I enter and whenever I do go to the pharmacy. The staff have always been attentive and assisted with my prescriptions.

Buckle up ladies and gentlemen, you're in for a ride. ABSOULTELY TERRIBLE customer service, and EXTREMELY unprofessional! I never have the best experience here but this one takes the cake. I sat at the drive thru for 15 mins waiting for someone to come, but they wouldnt even aknowlege i was there! No ill be right with you, no NOTHING! So i go inside and when i get to the counter i finally get someone to help...or so i thought. I said i was picking up, and also wanted to update my insurance info so she took my info THEN IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! So there i am standing at the counter, being flat out ignored while they start helping the people in line behind me...like seriously?? So i stand there for a little longer trying to get some assistance and....nothing. I walked out. This pharmacy is absolutely despicable, and everyone in it needs to be replaced! I will be going somewhere else ASAP, if they decide to get me my medicine...which i am out of...not like they care. DONT COME HERE!!! If I could give a negative star rating, I wouldn't hesitate to do so!
