2 things. The first grooming of our Pomsky left these weird side burns. She came out all wound up and overly stimulated. Previously I had transported a neighbor's dog to/from a grooming appointment. He too, was very very stressed out when we picked him up.
Then we went back for a second grooming and her rabies TAG that is AROUND HER NECK wasn't good enough. They need the documentation too. Here is the thing, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARTICULATED ON THE PHONE WHEN WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT, **NOT** WHEN WE SHOW UP THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT. SERIOUSLY????? Why wasn't this required the first time? Inconsistencies are the death of any business.
I am not someone who goes online easily to blout about companies and their mistakes. However, this is not the only issue we have experienced. They are terrible. Really just terrible.

Everyone was friendly. My Great Dane had a pawdicure and the grooming staff was great!
