        I'm satisfied with the tires I selected. The service is not as satisfying. My dissatisfaction was with the 120 bucks I seem to have wasted on a wheel alignment. There was no correction and no explanation as to why. How can you charge for alignment and send it out with "one or more values are not within specifications"? Update: after speaking with Bill about this issue, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I give extra points for how a situation is resolved and Bill was very professional about it. I will return in the future for my automotive needs. Thank you for your professionalism.
