I love this place, but for the second time the person making my sandwich didn't pay attention to my order. I asked for oil and vinegar ( he acknowledged my request)on the side so my sandwich wouldn't be soggy tonight when I planned to have it.
Yes, I could've had them remake the order but that means throwing away the food.
Probably not going to come back to this location.

I came in at 3/29/24 at 8:50pm. I was unaware that this places closed at 9pm because Im new to the area. My fianc and I were passing through and decided to stop there for food. I went in to get my food and the young girl was very rude. She quickly made my sandwich and threw it at me. I told her that she didnt have to throw my sandwich and she said I didnt have to come in three minutes before they closed. I then proceeded to leave the store and told her to forget about the order. As I was walking out she turned the store lights off and Was yelling telling her coworkers what just happened. This was the worse experience I have ever came across with dealing with Jersey Mikes.

Awesome experience. Kaili was more then helpful. She told me she had been there for 2.5 years and I would of thought longer. Very professional. Very confident. Even told her, new nickname should be "confident kaili".
I'll definitely be back. Look forward to my next experience. Give that girl a raise!!!

2/26/24 UPDATE: After revisiting, the sandwiches were notably improved, although still a bit lacking in meat. However, its disappointing that they mentioned a refund without following through, especially since I never requested one. Its been two weeks and still no refund has been received.

Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Jersey Mike's. We ordered two sandwiches and a mini for my son, totaling $50, only to find that there was barely any meat on them. For such a steep price, the lack of meat made the sandwiches very unsatisfying. It's disheartening to pay so much and receive such a subpar meal. Won't be returning.
