This place is awful, if I could go elsewhere I would. Therapists don't follow protocols and you get stuck with the aftermath. The secretary doesn't relay vital information. They won't fill your meds unless you pay ridiculous charges. Find better elsewhere.

Lily was my therapist before she had to go on family leave and was fantastic. The only reason for 3 stars is because of the medication side of this place. They are terrible. They forget to reschedule you or when they do they Schedule you randomly without your confirmation of the time and then when you miss the appointment it's a $60 charge. They've forgotten to call in my medications before to the point where I've had to call multiple times to make sure they were called into my pharmacy. I get that things are rough right now for most people so I do want to give them grace but they are in the business of mental health. There is only so much grace I can give. I believe their therapists are great though maybe just go elsewhere for medication management
