I went for a bra back in October. They had to order a bra and took a $20 deposit. They never called to say the bra had come in. Today I came in asking for the deposit back and was met with attitude from Denise. She states,I just called you yesterday your number was wrong. Duh it was not and you did not. Staff not very nice. Would not recommend.

I am writing this as a long time customer if KWK in response to a recent review posted by Deborah. I have utilized KWK for not only all my bras but those for my daughter in law. I also just started my 13 y/o daughter being fit here as well. Additionally, KWK took amazing care of my father with his end of life care. They do not have an employee named Denise. There is not even an employee with a name that sounds similar to that. I am all for honest reviews, but when people make up stories to try to discredit a family owned and run business that treats their customers like family with false I formation, I have no other choice than to respond.
To put how wonderful they are into perspective, I live in MD and drive here to purchase all of my bras. That goes to show how wonderful the customer service is. Please do not let one meritless review sway you from going to KWK!

I want to Say how very happy I am that they sent me an amazing Aid to help care For Uncle who is 91 years old and suffered a stroke! Dirk is very caring, compassionate, respectful
and always on time! Im not used to anyone helping me but this is great amd i truly appreciate it!! You have an amazing employee! We are lucky to have him!
