Hello! We have used this company plenty of times before and have had the same problem with the same employee, but we will not name names. An employee came to put down summer guard in our grass and my guardian was not home and everyone else was asleep. We have a ring doorbell, and the employee only did our front yard and not the backyard which was caught on camera and they did not do the job properly and did it lazily. We called the phone number attached to the bill, and a woman answered and started to argue with us saying we were incorrect and after saying we had video footage she tried finding new excuses. She was very rude and snarky and made us feel terrible. Overall, this experience was awful and very stressful. The employees and workers at the facility seem to be lazy and full of excuses, along with being very rude to paying customers. I feel as though this company needs to get a reality check, and if you do not want this happening to you do not purchase lawn care from here. Please be careful with this business and watch them when they do their job!

I must say very pleased so far, Vinnie has been my Tech guy and remembers everything I told him. I had TruGreen not That I want to note them, unreliable, no shows and worst experience ever. LawnDoctor shows up, love its same Tech guy and my lawn looks outstanding this year. I certainly will renew my contract and hope Vinnie is the Tech guy again. Service: Weed control
