The gentleman who came out and gave us the estimate was very nice and we agreed to move forward with the project. After requesting several times we were provided with a contract and an agreed-upon date. As the date approached I noticed that our contractor had not called for a mark out which is required in the state of New Jersey. When I mentioned it to him he said he would do it. This is the first red flag. Why did I have to tell him something legally required? Then because we had to wait for the mark out the date got pushed back 10 days for construction to start. We were provided with a new date of the 18th to start. On the 17th I reached out to the contractor to confirm he would be there. He responded that he would be there at 8 a.m. the next day. The contractor never showed up and didn't return my calls or messages. Several hours later I received a rambling incoherent message that concluded with "we strongly recommend you seek another company for your project" this company wasted my most precious asset... time. I understand things happen in this industry but the lack of professionalism and communication was too much with this guy . Very disappointed.
