        Bought my fianc her engagement ring here and was very pleased with the ring and the customer service above and beyond. My fianc is a Director of nursing so uses her hands a lot and had one of the stones fall out at work. I was blown away when I brought the ring back they had the stone replaced for almost nothing, certified diamond at that, and in less than a week! Found out they have been in the same place running this business since the 80s!I didnt know there were even good people that still existed this way I am so happy I came here highly recommend!

        Casino jewelers is where i bought my husbands wedding day gift it was perfect for our special day and my husband loved it the chain was beautiful and great quality i highly recommend them i went back to buy a matching bracelet

        What a rip off this place is and a scam. Terrible quality jewelry. They dont take accountability for the bad quality of the pieces they sell and want to charge you to fix them too when they fall apart. Paying 1400$ for something should at least have accountability when it unexpectedly falls apart. And I was beyond ripped off for it to, finding out I was charged much more for something than it was actually worth. Shes charging 14kt pricing on 10kt pieces. This place is a scam dont buy anything here.

        This place sold me a 10 k gold chain and ripped me off and charged me the price of a 14kt chain. Then it fell apart like nothing Ive ever seen and they dont want to take any accountability for it and want to charge me to fix it and send it out. And the owner wants to act like its not her problem and doesnt believe me nor does she believe the price I paid which proved to me even more that she ripped me off so badly. For the amount of money that was spent and the amount of times Ive purchased multiple things from there, never again. Take my business elsewhere and will absolutely not buy from here any longer. Shame on this place the way they do business. What a scam and a rip off, stay far away.

        Hi. Thanks for your feedback, but you forgot to mention that you told us the piece was bought last May and you did not have a receipt. Also, we were only going to charge you the cost of the repair itself, no added charges. You did not purchase any extended warranty so that means you’re responsible for repairs.

        You are writing multiple reviews about the same incident. Gold prices fluctuate and the item was purchased 9 months ago so it did not just *fall apart* into four separate pieces. Thanks for the feedback!
