They did not follow my insurance allowed amounts so I was overcharged. They demanded payment at tim of service. It took me 3 weeks to get them to send in paperwork to my insurance. They made me pay $494. It turned out my portion of the payment was $75.They were paid again by my insurance co. I am owed a $414. Refund. They said they would refund my overpayment but after a month I still have received nothing.

Shore Family Dental was in all honesty the Best Dental Facility I have been to in many, many years. Honesty and Compassion were the Two things that were Wonderful at Shore Family Dental. When I went there my teeth were in sad shape and I had good dental insurance, I assumed I would need more than one root canal and crown and ample amount of out of pocket but after X-rays and consult they scheduled me for fillings and cleaning which absolutely worked out wonderfully for my dental health and wallet. I honestly am very happy with this dental facility and will not use anyone else.

If I could give zero stars, I would do not go to this dentist. I waited 3 months for an appointment. Just a basic cleaning. Finally get to my appointment and I didn't even get a cleaning apparently The appointment Wells for a checkup by the hygienist. And dentist, now I have to wait another month just to get a cleaning because they don't do cleanings the same day. As your checkup, you got the x-rays, see the hygienist. And dentist. And then you book the cleaning. I have never feldeadeas before now. Because they didn't book my husband's appointment on the same day. I will have to go to this office. 4 separate times just for my cleaning and his cleaning. When I complained I was told it was easier for the office and the patience to do it like this. As well as it was corporate who changed it.
