Call to make an appointment and they hang up. And if you want to make an appointment at the clinic, they say no, then when will you be able to have an appointment?

Horrible who ever I made the appointment with had no knowledge or the correct information about OHI, i specifically ask about a foot doctor specialist because he has sugar diabetes she said yes we have one in the building, lies no foot doctor they referred you to one & they are far away. The doctor takes his history background information sends him to the lab inside the building we go give the lab worker the script from the doctor she tells us the systems is down not working can't get blood work she's telling us that we can go to another lab place, i said but they charge more for your blood work and she says we do to i said no it's less for sliding scale patients she's so unprofessional. We pay for medical services it's not free & we still get horrible service. I wish for better services at OHI in Toms River.
