        Went to them early January for a claim did everything they asked they mailed my psych letter to the VA told me to wait until the VA responded to them its now The END of august so I called the VA personally and they have had the letter for months but no claim was made. VSO told me to wait since January they said they will call me when they heard something never once did they call to check up nothing. worst service to veterans Ive ever had to deal with

        Person I talked to when I could was wanting to get off the phone immediately telling me I need to call back on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment. I just wanted some info before scheduling anything. He just did the again, call back Wednesday to schedule and we can talk from there attitude.
