This place is a joke. Workers there are clueless, they don't know the first thing about suits. They have no clue how to fit and the tailoring is some of the poorest quality I've ever seen. The suits here also are very junky and cheap quality. You're better off getting a suit off the rack than paying for this junk.

Very poor customer service, the people working there are very unprofessional. The tailoring is very cheap and unprofessional looks like a child pieced it together. Definition not worth the money and very poor quality.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Fino, supposedly a professional store specializing in custom suits. From start to finish, the entire process was marred by rude and unprofessional behavior from the workers, coupled with the delivery of substandard suits that simply did not meet expectations. First and foremost, the staff's demeanor was unacceptable. Their attitude was consistently disrespectful, lacking any sense of professionalism or basic customer service etiquette. It felt as though they were inconvenienced by my presence, rather than genuinely interested in providing a positive experience. Furthermore, the quality of the suit received was abysmal. Not only did they appear cheaply made, but the fit was completely off. Despite providing accurate measurements and discussing my preferences, it seemed as though they had no idea how to properly tailor a suit to fit an individual. The end result was a suit that looked ill-fitting and far from the promised custom experience. The lack of attention to detail and poor tailoring further emphasized the incompetence of this establishment. It was evident that their supposed expertise in creating custom suits was nothing more than an empty claim. The shoddy craftsmanship was visible in every aspect, from loose threads to uneven seams, leaving me utterly dissatisfied with the final product. Considering the exorbitant prices charged by Fino, one would expect a level of quality and service that was sorely lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking a reliable and professional establishment for their suiting needs.
