Friendly staff. Reliable quality food and drinks. Comfortable atmosphere for meetings or getting work done. 2024 Edit: Panera updated the menu, but everything they added is meat & dairy. There's hardly anything vegan or healthy available. Panera needs to add more plant-based options and remove unnecessary milk products from smoothies, soups, and lattes. Vegetarian options: Barely any veg-friendly options, which is sad, because Panera could easily reach the vegetarian market segment by offering meals and drinks without adding meat or cows' milk. Your best bet is to order a Mediterranean Sandwich and remove the cheese, or perhaps you could order a salad and remove the meat.

We have ordered frequently for lunch on our limited time break at work, while the food is always excellent, the customer service in the accuracy of filling orders and addressing errors is consistently flawed. We have asked at pick up if the order had been checked for accuracy and are not received well, including by management. When we call for missing items, there is nothing they can do outside of remaking or refunding leaving us with no time to correct the issue and dine. We have actually been cut off and laughed at by management at this location. We do understand that mistakes happen but the level of consistency in being wrong and lack of customer service or even an attempt to make this right is why we wont be ordering for this location again.

Rather starve then pay the prices for there inconsistent, nasty food, they have pulled mold off cheese and served it on a grilled cheese probably for a child they dont care they will give you free stuff if you complain cause they know how bad the staff is , but honestly anything free they give you will probably be so old and hard you might brake your teeth . Dont waste money here
