Worst customer service ever!!!! I got the car from them 2 months ago on May 24th and its been 2 months, today is July 25 and they still havent give me my plates. I keep calling them letting them know my tem tag is expired but they refusing my calls, not replying back with accurate answer.
When I ask them what if I get pull over by the cops them, and they replied: ohh thats ok just tell the cops that I just purchased the car from them. I mean seriously. That what you tell your customers.
On the same day I purchased another car from cross the street from them from Honda, and I was amazed with their customer service. Very disappointed.
I even reach the manager and told him all the scenario but it didnt help either. He just gave me another story on top of that.
Im keeping asking them if you not giving me my car plate at least renew my temporary tag, but they even refused to renew my tag.
PLEASE EVERYONE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THERIE DEALERSHIP. Theres bunch of car dealers cross the streets.
SAVE YOUR SELF A HUSTLE!!
WORST SERVICE, VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
