    As someone who is on the Autism spectrum, i definitely didn't feel taken advantage of, if anything quit the opposite. Dave and Mike really took their time to sell me a 2010 Chrysler 300 with only 50k on it. excellent price. absolute bargain for the condition, like new $5600! hit my boys Dave and Mike up for some steals and deals!

    0. Took advantage of a kid with autism!!! My son purchased a car and it turns out the bottom of the car had so much rust that our mechanic did not want to fix anything, as the car might fall apart. Took it back to the dealer and their mechanic confirmed that there was rust, but he did not want to admit the extent of it. He got mad and hung up on me, cause he says it's not his job to explain this to other people, just the dealership. Anyway they say we could trade it in for another car, which we wanted to do. However they were given us $1000 less than what my kid paid for it, We had it for a week!! We had no choice but to accept that, as we didn't want to deal with a car that would break down on him. We did not trade it in for another car. We wanted to be done with these people!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! I am sure they saw a single woman and a kid, who wanted a car, and thought easy target. Honestly they should be sued!! Hopefully people will learn from my mistake and don't attempt to buy a car from this dealership!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! * NJ AUTO PROS IS DEFINITELY THE DEALERSHIP THAT DID THIS. SO, DON'T RESPOND AS YOU GOT THE WRONG DEALER..

    If I could, I would automatically give this company this place 0 stars I tried to reach out to someone numerous times other than the person that sold me this car he lied to me and told me that my car got fixed. Im currently in The process of doing a lawsuit and in the process, I had to do so much before I took my car to him to fix the problem. I took my car to Pep Boys to get an evaluation. I got everything printed out to see what was wrong with it at Pep Boys they put the car on the flatbed they seen the problem and everything. gave me a print out receipt of something he printed out from his computer from a email I gave to my lawyer to. I took my vehicle back to Pep Boys to see if they actually did the work. I got the print out from Pep Boys stating that he did twice as more damage, he thought I was black and he think I wasnt gonna go the route of making sure he gets something done because I know how people get over and it was $8000 on the line and Im a Mom of 4 so he knows he was gettin over A lot of people are making reviews and recommendations of the purchase of the vehicle and the guy was very nice with super nice manners but once you bring the car back , its a problem and the mileage on the car only drove less than 15 miles and it went down car didnt even make it nowhere. I had my car less than two months and do not. So I tried to talk to someone over his head to show to him on the title. I purchased your car at this many miles. I didnt even get less than 15 miles out of his vehicle which I stated in court seven days I tried to take it to DMV because the engine light came on DMV said I had to wait until the, print out from now print out the evaluation twice after he cleaned. He did work on my vehicle before the lawsuit. I tried to talk to numerous people at this place. I didnt want my money back. I just wanted my vehicle fixed or I wouldve took a cheaper car. Its a win-win situation , but no, they said F me F my kids and took my $8000 thinking I wasnt gonna pursue this in court and I pleaded to the judge it took me so long because this company took all my money and now Im stressed and Im under a lot with 4 kids And due to this stress, I had to start therapy for suicide thoughts do not do not buy from this company

As the person who is on-site running the day to day operations none of this rings a bell nor sounds familiar. I would be the first one on the scene if someone was unhappy with their purchase. I think you may have us confused with another dealership. Best of luck with all future car purchases.*Can you please specify what vehicle was purchased, when was it purchased, and who is you son? First & foremost, after attempting to read this review, we are not sure this even pertains to NJ Auto Pros as it is poorly written & is a little all over the place with what is the point at h&. We did sell to a Starquasha Myprincess Cincere Jones… So the following response will be treated as one in the same.You purchased a 10 Chevy Traverse on 10/7/23 for a total of $5974. Weeks later you came into the lot screaming that the check engine light was on & Pep Boys said you needed a new engine. Given that you drove the car back to our lot with ease, clearly that was not the case, nor are the staff at Pep Boys mechanics. There was a check engine light on in the car for an oxygen sensor & catalytic converter. Even though you purchased the car as-is, at a reduced price, & purchased an extended warranty (that you did not even attempt to redeem), as a courtesy, we took the vehicle to our mechanic & paid for a new catalytic converter & O2 sensor. This is something that we are not responsible for as the vehicle becomes the responsibility of the purchaser once it leaves the lot. But we did take great pity on you & the fact that you had many kids. After you picked your car up from us, we never heard from you again other than when you accused us of stealing your phone charger that was supposedly in the car. We had spent thousands on repairing your vehicle & then to be accused of stealing something so meaningless as a phone charger is asinine, but that is a story for another day. As for whatever legal action you are referencing, I do not think it pertains to us. We never went to court for this, there was no judge to appear before, nor did you ever call back with a complaint about the car. If we did appear before a judge to discuss this “matter”, we would clearly have shown the purchase order where you acknowledged that the car was sold as is without a dealer warranty, that you purchased a 13 year old vehicle with 153k miles on it, & where you purchased an extended warranty. We would also show how we made the necessary repairs at no expense to you. No one forced you to purchase the car, you purchased it under your own volition. Perhaps whatever judge/court case you are referring to was a personal matter, perhaps pertaining to your mental health, custody of your children, etc. I do not know nor is it any of my business. This is pure speculation based on your outburst of a review.We never once used profanity with you or your kids. Never referenced your kids in any capacity other than when we discussed how the vehicle had 3rd row seating. Nothing but a completely fabricated narrative. As for us taking your $8000… again that is a total lie. Please refer to your signed purchase order that clearly shows the bottom line, total out the door price for the car being $5,974. Not $8000. So if you are claiming to have lost $8000, you may want to hire an investigative accountant to see where you spent the remaining $2,026. In fact you paid with a certified bank check, so you can easily check your records with your bank.We are proud that you are finally seeking help for your mental health. Learning proper ways to manage your stress level will significantly improve your mental health & allow clarity within situations that arise. I think it might be best to discuss with your therapist your tendency to lie & fabricate the truth. Perhaps they can provide insight as to why that is your gut reaction & allow you to see this situation clearly from a new perspective.Honestly this entire review makes no sense & I can not believe that I have to explain our side of this delusional story & that’s what this is, a story. Because none of what was mentioned was true. Thank you for the negative feedback. It's greatly unappreciated. We hope you get the mental help you so clearly need. I personally will be making a donation in your honor to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention so that other’s do not have to be in the same head space you are in. Stay well
