Sadly, Dr Baldi has no regard for the health of her patients; would you go to a dentist who didnt care about your teeth? My mother and I have been asking for a refill on my mothers medication for a month. Its a COPD inhaler. Vicky keeps saying shell call it in, but never actually does. Then we were told my homebound mother needed to make an appt with Dr Baldi in order to get the script refilled; did so over the phone and appt time given was during the office lunch hour when theyre closed, so I had to call to get a call back, an hour later. Of course the office called 3 hours prior to her appt time to get a credit card for the copay During appt, Dr Baldi herself said the script would be refilled and 6 days later, still not done. This is a life-preserving medication my mother has been on for nearly a decade. Absolutely crazy to have this issue. Really awful practice - avoid at all costs.

Called the office on Friday 9/24 spoke to the medical assistant Vicky who told me the doctor didn't work Friday and they were closed on Saturday but would let her know I would need my script filled. It's now Monday 2:00 and I followed up with my pharmacy and script wasn't filled called office and was spoken to in a very RUDE manner she tells me she didn't speak with me on Friday that I left a voice mail.... why be confrontational yes I did speak directly to her and I said she was being rude and she quickly brushed me off saying she's doing two things at once, I get it really we all are! Good thing this isn't life or death medication was trying to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks with the weekend and needing medication on a Sunday. I got a call back saying they need a med check appointment which I totally get why not schedule that when you get your last refill to avoid last minute scheduling to get your medications. I will be looking for another Doctor as I don't want to be addressed in a RUDE manner like I don't know what I am talking about or feel dismissive life is hard enough I need a good doctor with a good assistant who treats people with respect and compassion. Vicky you need a break or reset or not deal with people.

She was pleasant the first time I met her. However the second time she was totally different saying strange things like I could get help from someone to retrieve some info I need from the computer. Gaslighting me since she has no idea of my computer skills. I'm very proficient with computers. She was also going off of topic a few times asking me personal questions.about my relationship with my sisters. She was saying one word here and there out of place. Honestly she reminds me of one of my Alzheimer's patients which I'm going back to after my knee surgery. She is an older Dr. The experience was surreal. I decided to go with another Dr. In the practice.
