I ordered a trashcan to be delivered well over a month ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Next, I emailed customer service who assured me it would be delivered within the next week and yet again I still do not have a trashcan. Finally, I called their customer service department who informed me a manager would call to expedite my issue and they never called. Avoid this company like the plague. Now I’m trying to see if I can cancel the service and switch to another company. Service: General junk removal

I have used this company for many years. Our driver was the best but I had to cancel service because the cost for weekly trash removal has become too costly and to top off their high cost they are charging 30.00 to pick up their tote. RIDICULOUS

We use Republic Services for waste removal services for our Mixed Use properties. Our account representative Jessica S. is outstanding! Jessica is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, understands our business and helps us sort out our business needs. Jessica and Republic Services makes things easy for us. Deplorable company! I’m appalled at the employees lack of knowledge and the blatant lying. Constantly received incorrect information from representatives about my account. I had to call twice to have my account set up and had my garbage cans taken by them for no reason. Was told it would be a month before I receive my garbage can back yet they are still charging me for pick ups. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
