The staffs are extremely rude. I went to this store to return a blazer which I bought online and Robert M, the salesperson took the shipping cost ($17.95) from refund. He said shipping cost never get refunded although shipping was free. I called the customer service agent and she said he should've refunded the total amount because there wasn't shipping fee charged. Why do I have to pay free shipping fee, $17.95? One more thing to say, I really don't wanna say the word, but the staffs are racist. The reviews were right. Robert M (the salesperson) and other lady were talking about other customer in front of me how weird the other customer was. Maybe they thought I don't understand English at all but anyway why are they even talking about customers? From now on I will buy Brooks brothers from the webiste and return or exchange online. Their attitudes should be changed.

Had a relative emergency, with my garment bag lost at the airport and a wedding to attend. Larry took the time to listen to what my needs were and helped me pick out the right suit, shirt, belt, and tie. Will get to the wedding with class. Thanks Larry!

I wish there were ZERO stars for this particular store. extremely RACIST staff, this was my second visit to the store, and they do not even greet you or attend to you if you are INDIAN or Asian. The guy had the audacity to tell me " as expected you did not sign on the credit card machine" despite no prompts to sign on the machine, but only on the physical receipt. I will NOT be returning to this store. It is a big luxury brand, the fact that they do not take any action for a serious issue like racism, says a lot about the company culture as well. I will take my business elsewhere, at which they treat me with respect. SHAME ON YOU!

Rude and Racist attendants. Wouldnt let you try your fits. Never ever does a store argue with a consumer like they did. I am zapped by their behaviour. Killing a good brand. Left without buying all the shirts I already chose to buy.
