The realtor at this brokerage, Karen Kleinman, engaged in unethical fraudulent behavior. After I initialed a line on the contract between me and her client, which if was left blank would exempt me from any assessment fees. After I initialed the contract she inserted text onto the blank line stating I was responsible for the assessment fees.Using my initials as if I was in agreement. I immediately contacted my realtor and demanded that the contract be reversed back to its original form. This was one of many unethical tactics performed by this realtor. We are reporting this to the NJ State Real Estate Commission . Also will inform the broker. Watch out for the shady realtor at this company
