The instructor is knowledgeable, informative, reliable, just, friendly, punctual, prepares students well, considerate and courteous. I learned a lot about real estate, and am more than prepared to sit the state exam with the aid of the instructor. The instructor gives one to one explanations, explaining well key concepts with examples, so that I comprehended information well. At the end of our finals, the instructor had a Mortgage Instructor instruct students on all types of loans and how to work and educate sellers and buyers in achieving their goals. I would give the school a 1000 !!!

Wow. Embarking on this real estate journey, I feel very prepared and empowered that I will thrive in this field. After attending the Golden Rule School, I passed the salesperson exam on the first try! Definitely would highly recommend.

I enjoyed the Golden Rule Real Estate course. The teacher did an excellent job by not just teaching the lessons, but giving us practical knowledge.
