Everything about this place screams growth and community. I went to a workshop that was hosted by Rancis and Moises and left feeling empowered and abundant. They allowed me to understand all concepts that were being discussed in such a beautiful way. I'm really looking forward to doing more work with them in the future. If you're looking for change and self-development you don't want to go anywhere else. Vida Project is where you need to be!

I first went to VidaProject in the fall of 2018, mostly out of curiosity and to try a new fitness class. The class I took was Movement Arts and I was pleasantly surprised at how great I felt afterwards! We began class with some joint mobility to prepare our bodies for the more rigorous part of class which included exercises that I would describe as a combination of calisthenics, martial arts, and strength training all in one. I got a great workout (a little sweaty!) and most importantly I didnt feel any knee pain that I was used to getting after a workout. I believe the mobility exercises were the magic ingredient I had been missing in other fitness classes I had taken in the past.
To top it off, the owners Rances and Moises are so passionate about helping their clients. Its their lifes work and you cant help but feel connected and part of a community when you are at Vida.
More recently, I took a 2-day workshop with them called a Renewed Mindset. I have participated in personal development/yoga retreats for growth and mindset in the past. However, this workshop had left me feeling more open and stronger than Ive ever felt before. The exercises, activities, and support of the coaches creates the perfect environment to work on yourself and challenge your limiting beliefs. If you are in a place where you feel stuck on your journey and feel open to being vulnerable with yourself, I highly recommend you give this workshop a try! You will leave feeling more connected to yourself, while being ready and willing to face challenges in your life.
Also, if you are looking to focus on your wellness overall (mind, body, and soul) while feeling connected to a community of like-minded people, then definitely try VidaProjects many offerings.

First and foremost would like to specifically shout out my mentor, my life coach Moises! When I first started vidaproject I was in a broken place in my life pretty much lost I was referred by a friend of mine and I said let me give this a shot to see where it goes. I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions of my life besides giving my life to Christ. Moises is an amazing human being and knows how to direct you in any situation currently in your life. I have learned so much in these weeks with him I am grateful for his patience & acknowledge. I am a better father, boyfriend, and person thank you Moises!!
