I really don't understand how this company has the 4.6 star review average I see now. This is the third time in the past 2 years that they haven't had the key for the machine on the premises while they were open. Do they not have customers? Are they so confident that no one will come in as to not even leave the key to the loader? I've probably been to this place six or seven times in the past 3 years, and not one time has it been a good experience.

Fast and friendly service. We called and talked to Brett about gravel and a couple hours later he showed up with 6 tons of gravel.

Ordered the wrong size River Rock, which was our fault. Was very nice about it and said be back next day with the right size and call later this day with price. No call. We called in the afternoon next day, Was told he was stuck at quarry waiting for loader to be fixed. Missed call from company 7 minutes before closing called back 2 minutes later then texted. No answer on either. No call or text to us following day until we tried the direct number, left a message then got a text back. Rocks were picked up, but delivery truck was broken down now. Said would call later that day with eta. No such call, no response on afternoon calls and text for info/eta. Weekend came and went still no contact from company. Monday no response and no answer to call text or sms. Only reason for 2 stars is how understanding he was about our mistake
