        I want To commend SJ management company and specifically Kathy Mulholland on the incredible job that they have done at the Richwood Crossing townhomes given the two recent storms. The storms caused a great deal of roof issues with missing shingles and leaking and the wind resulted in siding being blown off the properties. In spite of all the issues, Kathy has managed to keep things organized and has Has gone above, and beyond what could be expected of property manager in arranging for repairs to be made in a prompt manner. Ok

        Kathy Mulholland is a terrible property manager and owner of SoJay Property Management. I've tired to be objective and patient with Kathy Mulholland for over 2 years. REASONS: 1. Causing Division within the Community with owners neighbors, occupants. 2. Creating hostile living environment. 3. Poor Maintenance and Poor Communication 4. Unethical behavior, BULLYING Tactics. 5. Brushing off homeowners concerns, making decisions and creating secret bylaws. 6. Arrogant and No Accountability 7. MISUSE of ASSOCIATION FUNDS WARNING DO NOT USE KATHY MULHOLLAND/SOJAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

        Kathy is a great property manager. As the President of the Board for a small community, Kathy is very reasonable in price and also very helpful in explaining how certain procedures work where our previous management was too expensive for our size and wasn't helpful in explaining things. I highly recommend SoJay Property Management.

      The owner has seven delinquent fees. Four delinquent fess were deleted. Three remain on the account and he does not want to pay. We sent statements three times with the explanation.

      Mr. and Mrs. Shepherd installed video cameras in the common area of Quail Glen Condo Asso to watch their vehicles. The Board requested that the cameras be removed. We sent a violation letter on December 11,2023 and asked that the cameras be removed within five working day or the Association will remove the cameras and the owners will be billed for the expense. The Association consulted with their lawyer to understand their rights prior to removal. ON December 23, 2023, a contractor removed the cameras. The cameras were returned to the Shepherds and the contractors invoice was added to their account. They wrote the review after they received an email that the invoice was added to their account
