Apartments @ Weatherby

Let me take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciate Yey and his maintenance group. He always provides us outstanding service. Maintenance requests are always performed on time and most importantly, done correctly. That is very important for my wife and I as we do not want stress at this point in our lives. Yey is very professional, friendly and considerate of our needs. If any issues arise, we are confident that he will get it resolved. The grounds here and the entire Weatherby complex are kept very nice.

Apartments at Weatherby is a very beautiful place to live. The properties are well maintained; the community is safe and the residents are friendly. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They are considerate, professional, knowledgable, and very expedient when a work order is placed. I have no complaints living here. If you are looking for quiet, this would be the place!

Best place we have lived thus far! Apartments are beautiful and the backyard we scored is a major plus. The other thing thats great about this property is within 30 minutes (sometimes even less) of entering a service request you have a maintenance guy at your door which is unheard of at any other place I have lived. All the maintenance guys are great and super friendly as well. Very happy with this property! Keep up the good work guys!

Jay Alfaro, along with the entire maintenance team of Weatherby Apartments, are a tremendous help when my mother and I need something fixed. They respond quickly and always do a fantastic job. Couldn't ask for a better crew!

Apartments are beautiful, roomy and extremely well maintained. The entire maintenance crew is friendly and extremely attentive. Plus, we love facing the pond and watching the various birds.
