I did not use Jeff for any repair or install, but I did call him for help excavating an outlet pipe on a septic tank for a house I am buying. Jeff went over the report and also took the time to look up the house septic documentation online which he went over with me in depth. Jeff went above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated. I can only imagine he is just thorough in all his work. Thanks, again Jeff!

Jeff and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They installed a new septic for me and did a great job. They are incredibly experienced hard workers. I live on a mountain and have no driveway, Jeff and his team were one of the few people who knew how to get the machines up the very steep slope. Many other people I interviewed seemed very inexperienced. I shopped around and Jeff’s prices were very good which is another reason why I chose him. After dealing with and getting stood up by Mike (the definition of unprofessional and rude) from perfection excavating for 6 days in a row, I was in a pinch to have a new septic tank put in ASAP in order to close on my property by the closing date a week away.
I found Jeff's number online, and let me just say he was the kindest, most understanding, and accommodating person I have ever met in this industry. He offered me options and went out of his was to get the job done fore me in less than a week from the initial phone call. He even went out of his way the next day to pull the permits and get rid of the old tank. His guys did a quick,clean and wonderful job, which passed inspections, and put down hay and seed where they had been working. Did I mention he had the best price around as well!!! I plan to use Jeff for any septic issues I come across in the future, and can not recommend him enough to others.
