I called here to schedule an urology appointment and they refused to do it because I dont have insurance what I responded to I dont have a problem paying the amount for that and the lady start screaming like crazy.

I was referred to Dr Rahman from my primary doctor I was not pleased at all with the visit. The office staff was nice so were the nurses they treated me well. When Dr Rahman came in he seemed bothered I was asking so many questions it was my first time seeing a urologist and I was nervous didnt know what to do expect. He recommended I get a cystoscopy I asked how was that procedure he said you drop your pants down. I was not expecting that from a medical professional at all. He did not ease my worries and didnt give me the reassurance to come back for that.How can you talk like that to a patient do you think I was comfortable coming back I think you can tell from that the answer. He could have handle the situation way better.

Dr. Rahman changed my life. I have multiple sclerosis, among other chronic illnesses. I have dealt with bladder retention, chronic UTIs, and multiple urologists for the last 4 years. Dr. Rahman was the first to suggest an Interstim device be implanted for sacral nerve stimulation. The surgery was absolutely life changing. I can pee, without stress, frustration, tears, and pain for the first time in a long time. I will be forever grateful. He's the first doctor that has been able to significantly improve my quality of life.
