I needed to remove dead spruce tree on the front of the property. It was nice talking to Carlos, who explained that they were going to remove the tree, grind the stump and even remove all above the ground tree roots. Absolutely top notch service! Carlos and Team were fantastic at removing a 75ft pine tree that was super close to my house. The team applied for the permit that was needed with the town and were so professional with ensuring safety for neighbors and our house. Priced extremely well and just the nicest people to hire. Our neighbor had Visa Tree Service cut down our tree August 25, 2021. No permit was issued so Visa decided to obtain a permit after the tree was cut down...it was dated September 8, 2021, 2 weeks after they cut the tree down. No one advised us, including our neighbor, Britt Flemming that our tree was going to be cut down. In spite of my efforts to stop this, Visa's huge chopper continued to chew up our tree. The tree was in excellent health and our property line was clearly visible. This was an outrageous act of incivility beyond anything I've experienced since living in Summit, NJ. The tree is gone and our neighbor just had to pay a minimal fine as did Visa Tree Service....It's that easy to cut down someone else's tree by trespassing on that person's property to do so. Barely a slap on the hand. And, our tree is gone. Clearly the City of Summit does not care!

They did amazing job removing our dead tree. They did it in 40min including grinding the stump. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Highly recommended.
