Allergy Diagnostic & Treatment Center

I was a patient at Allergy Diagnostic & Treatment Center for many years. I was quite happy for most of that time. However, recently I had several very bad experiences. The most troubling, was bad medical treatment (in my opinion). I went there to receive allergy shots, and for years I had no issues. Then, recently I went for my shots and a new employee (I think) administered the shots. They felt MUCH more painful than usual. Leading me to believe she just did them wrong. Then, I had an extremely bad allergic reaction within moments of receiving those shots. Leading me to believe that they must have injected either the wrong thing into me or the wrong dose. Again, I have had these shots for yearswith no issues, up until this instance. I understand mistakes happen, but they not only wouldnt take ownership of the problem, they wouldnt entertain the idea that it could have been them. They blamed me. To make things worse, the employee behind the counter became exceptionally rude and completely dismissive of me the next few visits. Bad treatment both from the medical side and the service side has caused me to go to a different doctor. My advisedont go here.

Doctor chris can say was by far the best doctor I been to for allergy treatment explained every bit of detail and left nothing out. I felt extremely comfortable the staff was very Accommodating and very nice they took there time explaining every detail thank you.
