        Good company but to high prices i been with them For over 15 yeard but i never get any Discount For 3 cars in General with staff and Custmers they doing great but i would love it to get Discounts at least after all the years with them .

        Extremely disappointing. When the group transferred hands from Jim to Jhovanny I saw an immediate downturn. Lack of communication, inconsistency across answers or responses and lack of accountability. I gave them multiple chances but today I'm on my way to change insurance agencies. December 2022 I have an email with one of their agents confirming they were updating my purchase of a new roof for my home insurance policy. The email confirms they submitted it to the underwriter. They said they were handling it. Shame on me for not following up with them after they said "they've got it". Turns out nothing has happened since then and it's "still in underwriting" almost a year later. Don't waste your time here.
