        Luis and his technicians at Stashluk are super reliable and knowledgeable. They can be trusted even in the event of an emergency. I have called them multiple times over the past three years for issues with HVAC units, not cooling or heating. They take the time to assess the situation and provide various options always considering the best interest of the customer. I really appreciate how flexible they are and their quickness to respond or get back to you regardless of how busy they may be. They are very transparent and reasonable about their pricing too. Excellent customer service and expertise!

        I have been a Stashluck customer for the last 25 years. During this time, they have completed many plumbing projects in my home with great success and responsiveness. Most recently, I experienced a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. The helpfulness of the technician who answered the phone was outstanding, as was the service that followed shortly thereafter. The technician (who recently successfully completed several other projects in my home) was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am very grateful to Stashluck for many years of outstanding customer service and would highly recommend them.

        The team has done a variety of jobs for me including but not limited to: hot water heater installation, laundry hook ups, toilet installation, and regular maintenance on our furnace. Each time was a smooth and easy process as well as very affordable. Highly recommend!

They were extremely professional from the first person who answered the phone to the service personnel who resolved our issue. We have used them to fix a variety of problems within our heating and plumbing systems. The technicians have always been on time, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up before they left. I highly recommend them.
