        completed 4 months Waste of my time and money. If you want to spend your 4 months work wearing it for your teeth to look exactly the same from where you started then Smile Direct is a good option.

        Woman who did my appointment was rude and talked over me. Wouldn't answer my questions without getting frustrated and talking down to me. Thank God I called and got my credit card off my account because she made me sign this paper I didn't realize was authorizing payment and when I tried to clarify if it meant I was paying she just kept saying no! 4 to 5 days then you decide! Which is NOT TRUE because smile direct automatically charges you after your treatment is ready. Scam artist. Terrible experience and didn't listen when I was feeling pain from the scan. Hopefully others in the office are better
