We had Uno Group create a laundry room and full bath in our basement and had them come back about a year later to renovate our primary bathroom. They do great work and Joe is so creative when it comes to customizing a space. He was able to accommodate most of our requests and offered some really thoughtful design ideas. Hes also great at problem solving when working around the constraints of an old house. We are so happy with the spaces they worked on. Highly recommend!

We worked with Joe and the Uno team to do a whole house interior & exterior renovation in 2023. The experience we had working with Uno has been fantastic and would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovations! Uno is the total package! Great quality on the work done, really good communication, on-budget, amazing support team and very timely in getting things done.
From the beginning, it was very easy to communicate with Joe and get quick responses on putting a formal proposal together. Upon approval the Uno team helped us with obtaining the necessary permits for construction and even helped connect us with architects and designers. Throughout the renovation, Joe and Silvina did a great job on keeping us posted on progress as well as letting us know when items we supplied will be needed by. As issues came up, Joe did a great job on quickly bringing them to our attention so we can get them addressed quickly. This helped us keep the project on-time and maintain scope.
From the plumbing to electrical, tile work and everything in between the quality of the work done by Uno was top-notch and built to last. They were even great at design touches. We sent them inspiration pictures of rooms and design touches and they were able to execute them even better than what was in the picture. Even after the project was complete, as small repairs were needed, Uno was very responsive to help them get it done. We are very pleased with how the project turned out.
We are thrilled with how the project turned out and look forward to working with Uno on future projects! Thank you for the great work and giving us a home we are proud of!

If I was able to give 6 stars, I would. Joe and his entire team were true professionals all throughout our recent master bathroom renovation. Even though Uno Group came highly recommended, they easily exceeded expectations. Besides the beautiful finished project, we were most impressed with Joes tremendous design ideas and also their strong communication skills. In terms of Joes design eye, he gave us the idea to utilize a pocket door and also moving of sink to opposite wall. These suggestions were home runs and we were extremely happy. In terms of communication, Joe and his team did a great job in explaining each day what they were doing and who would be coming. This level of customer service is not something we had experienced with prior contractors. We could not be any happier with our new bathroom and cant wait to work with Uno Group on our next home project.

What can we say, the results speak for themselves. :) We had a wonderful experience working with Joe and his entire team at Uno Group Home Improvements. Grateful that we chose the right guys for the job. They completed two bathroom renovations for us - a hallway bath and a master bath (sharing an adjacent wall together). The Uno team did an extensive twelve-week renovation project this summer for us. The house looks like new. They were on schedule, on budget (!), with only two minor items on the punch list at the end of the project, which were fixed in a few hours. The team showed up every day (!) on time and left the work areas clean at night.
