Had to purchase parts for an Aston Martin DB-7, I called and dealt with Austin, who was very knowledgeable and courteous, when I arrived I was directed to their very clean service/parts dept. and spoke with both Austin and Jordan, and again was pleased with the service I received. Although, I am sure it was not their biggest sale of the day, I was treated incredibly. i look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I have been using Aston Martin Summit for service on my DB11 AMR. Jordan in service is exceptional. I drive from PA and they always get the work done in a timely manner, so I can get in and out. Jordan's communication skills are fantastic, and the technicians are first rate. I really can't compliment this team enough. I have an Aston Martin dealership closer to my home, but the level of service and quality from Aston Martin Summit can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Awful place, I would expect Aston Martin to look after their customers, put them first, give them exemplary service as a luxury brand and let that build their business. But they absolutely do not, they are just out to grab as much money as they can, and overcharge as much as they can while doing it.

WORST. DEALERSHIP. EXPERIENCE. Reached out to regarding a car that was available, Katilyn Carey responded and emailed the buyers order with incorrect tax (2k more than what it should be) amount. Asked to resend w/ window sticker to proceed with the purchase offering to pay cash or with the bank pre-approval.... never received the updated buyers order, window sticker or even a call back.
