Mark, my family and especially my mother are *SUPER THANKFUL* for the exceptional, beyond-the-ordinary work youve done. In the beginning, everything seemed like it would be smooth sailing, but because of the bureaucracy of our town, banks, and sinister weather conditions, there were countless obstacles thrown our way. But like some medieval hero you picked up a sword (and a bucket!) and kept checking on our house to handle the challenge. In addition, my mom knew, years ago, that you would be the perfect broker for her, someone who was the essence of non-pressuring, always reassuring in a heartfelt way. But we had so many false starts in asking you to represent her, because as it turned out, circumstances werent quite ready for us to sell the house. But you were patient with us each time, and ready to try. I dont know how we would have done it without you. You are knowledgeable and know how to be honest yet comforting. I can't imagine most brokers would care so much. You were a critical piece of this 15-year puzzle. Thank you for helping to bring us this peace.

Marc is the ultimate professional. His attention to details is impressive. During these crazy COVID times he successfully lead us to a smooth closing while getting us a great price for our long time home. His experience helped us from listing and staging to last minute bumps in the road. He showed up for everything and took it upon himself to make sure we were happy.
