First of all to Allison and Andrew for taking care of my case .Three years ago i moved into this a beautiful , peaceful and nice apartment , witch became my trauma .         This company is the most unprofessional organization that I have ever dealt with. Sara Peterson, property manager of the property that I live in, is the definition of incompetance. No one is ever available to answer the phone, the property managers are always out of the office and Sara personally violated the company's priviacy policy by speaking with a disinterested third party about matters that were not hers to speak about. If you have a building or HOA, I would highly suggest that you steer clear of Matrix Property Management.
