        The Franklin School location of the Roxbury Day Care Center is a toxic environment for kids. Elderly staff cant cope with kids, uses coarse language, often speaking to them with contempt. They encourage bullying by setting kids against each other. One staff made my 7-yr old son cry when she told the group: raise your hand if you cant stand ___. Encouraged kids to exclude my daughter from play for several days because she would not apologize for "talking back". Tore up my sons artwork and imitated him in a baby voice. If you complain to RDC headquarters they will deny it and will retaliate against your kids. There are better options.
