I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because of the incredibly nice salesman who helped me with my order in person. Everyone else deserved a 1. I ordered a curbside pickup on 2 items and the website stated it would be ready within an hour.3 hours later and it was still processingI called up and spoke to a rude customer service woman, who clearly didnt feel like workingI explained it and she said they may not have it in stockI gave her my order number and she said they have 2 of each according to the computer. I asked her to please put them to the side for me because I clearly ordered a CURBSIDE PICKUP.she stated, I dont know for sure..cant you just come to the store and check for yourself?that was the WORST customer service response I ever received.I ended up calling the 888 numberthe gentleman said they were clearly in stock and it will be availableI drove down 45 minutes and went to the customer service agent, where she was and a young kid.she ignored me and the young man clearly didnt understanda nice salesman came over and asked if they have my order.they said no.he looked everything up and they had it in stock, but no one went to get it.he helped me tremendously while these 2 just sat there and joked around in a clearly empty store. This is sheer ignorance and laziness. I spent $2500 last month here and this purchase will be the last I do with PC Richard.treat your customers with respectuse people in customer service that actually DO THEIR JOB and not sit there

Roman was great. He was professional and knowledgeable about the appliance I was interested in buying and made it easy to close the deal.
