      image been there 8yrs new owners took over and raised the rent double the place has cheap up grades on some units others not so lucky no screen doors on some units and management that is absent and has deaf ears please look somewhere else this place is a dump

      image Ive been living in Cornell Manor going in 8 years. The new owner raised my rent $700 MORE a month, I have mold in my bathroom, my ceiling in my kitchen is leaking from the tenants above, and its roach infested! They are fully aware of my concerns but havent dont ANYTHING to fix the problems. I cant take it anymore. My last day here is 2/1/23.
