All my issues I encountered while working with Mera Painting can be summed up with 3 points: poor communication, poor management of expectations, and poor attention to detail. The majority of the end result looks about as good as I'd expect if I did the job myself with the help of a friend or two. He was happy to touch up areas where it was needed, but it's outweighed by how many areas in need of touching up weren't done correctly in the first place. Look elsewhere Service: Interior painting

This company is NOT reliable and did a terrible job on an exterior painting job. My house was painted by them in May 2019 and by March 2020, the back wall was peeling terribly! Contacted the owner for months without a response and only when I threatened a lawsuit did he return an email. A shoddy repair was done Sept. 2020 and now I have to have the entire wall repainted by another company! I am furious I spent so much money to paint my house and now I have to have it redone!!! 5/2021 - Consulted with Christian to get white vinyl siding on house painted. He advised us they now make paint for vinyl siding and he has 25 years experience. Christian provided us the color choices to pick from. I chose a dark grey color. 6/2021 - Days after completing painting the vinyl siding started shifting (moving left and right) so you could see the previous white color on the edges during temp changes. Emailed him about this and he said this is the way vinyl siding works and his crew come back several times to repaint the edges. (He didn't mention anything about this during our consult and with 25 years exp. shouldn't you advise your customer of what can happen). Once I was made aware of vinyl shifting during temp changes I googled Sherwin Williams vinyl safe and learned that if NON vinyl safe paint is used to go darker the siding will absorb more heat and cause another problem called warping. I check the paint cans he used to paint my house and they were not vinyl safe paint and the warning on the back of can states DO NOT GO DARKER on vinyl siding. *PIC ATTACHED* I emailed him about his warranty and he said they do not cover warping. He did not answer why the wrong paint was used. 9/2022 - Warping has now started around my house. I called Christian to let him know this and he put the blame on me for picking that color even though he gave me the options. He tells me he has 25 years experience and has never heard of this problem. *PIC ATTACHED* 2 siding experts told me that the wrong paint is the issue and the remedy is to change out all the siding. Being quoted $25,000 to do this. I request my original payment back to him since he caused this problem and he says no. Tells me his job is to paint the house ONLY and I picked the color even though he provided the color choices while also getting the wrong paint type. Service: Exterior painting
