Horrible customer service. They coded Lab Corp incorrectly and I was billed. I spoke with Sonya, Symra, and Dr. Lubin over two months ago and still no answer, or a credit from Lab Corp. I would not recommend.

Receptionist literally hates her job, when she answered she sounded like she hated everyone. Then she talks over me and hangs up while I was still talking I dont know why I called this place has bad reviews I dont recommend to anyone. They dont care about you its so sad.

My new OBGYN & reproductive endocrinologist are astonished that Dr.Hunt let me go on so long with an endocrine disorder & did nothing about it even though she had all my bloodwork & ultrasounds to prove something wasnt right. In fact she told me I didnt qualify as a pcos patient, Im now diagnosed with pcos, shed know that if she didnt spend 30 seconds in a room with me and rush out and brush off all my questions & concerns.

Made an appointment last Friday for my wife to go, last minute opening for Doctor Hunt (Hund?). Arrange for my wife to go as we are a one car household, and this practice was highly recommended. She gets there to be told that not only is the Doctor on vacation, but they have no record of her appointment existing. I call in to ask what happened, and was told the same even though I had the call log, the written note of the appointment and was standing next to the coworker who both recommended the office/ heard me make the appointment. Safe to say, my wife and my coworker will no longer be going to this practice.
