She doesn't respect other people's time. She's consistently an hour late to appointments. Ironically, if you're the last appointment, she rushes you through to finish the day faster.

This doctor is definitely worth the time. I have been going to Empire Medical for a while now, and have gone to a number of specialist's and primary care physicians elsewhere trying to get answers, Dr. Kodiyalam has worked with me to find real solutions to the chronic pain issues I have been having. She focuses on physical health as a whole, instead of just one aspect. She works with nutrition and exercise, to help balance with other treatments to make sure every option is looked at, which is incredibly important. Eating healthy and exercising is just as important as finding the right medication. She was willing to work on eliminating foods that could be triggering issues, and try that along with other treatments. She listens very well, is straight to the point, and won't waste your time. Very professional while maintaining an understanding of her patient's needs, with appropriate bedside manner. She is willing to work with her patients to get to the cause of their problems, while focusing time on the most important problems first, and eliminating anything unnecessary. I would agree with other comments, she is, so far, one of the best doctors I have seen.
