WOW I can't say enought about the supervisor Victoria Sanagustin at Connect One Bank in Springfield. She is TOP NOTICE.She goes above and beyond to help.I'm so happy she is here.

I give this branch one star because I dont have an option for zero. Super rude and unprofessional staff from management to tellers but the biggest highlight of unprofessionalism goes to the Asian girl whom I unfortunately cant remember the name as her attitude and lack of willingness to provide good customer service is above anything else. As bad as this experience was, Im not surprised as this bank in general has this I dont care approach with clients. Yes, there is definitely a better place to be but this place is absolutely not with this bank or this branch.

I had had nothing but great experiences with this bank and this branch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for years and am in the branch four days a week. I am always greeted warmly and friendly. I will continue to be a raving fan. Victoria the banking supervisor has helped me with many problems always in a timely manner.
